Meet The WARR Crew


Demonze “D” Spruiel Co-Founder/Co-Host & Producer of The D & Davis Show

Demonze grew up on the South Side of Chicago and graduated from Brother Rice High School. He also graduated from Columbia College of Chicago in 2003 with a B.A. in Arts Entertainment Media Management. He is known for his very “straight forward” point of view on just about anything.

Joseph “Champ” Tanksley Co-Founder

Champ is a native Chicagoan and avid sports fan. As a graduate from St. Rita High School, he attended Butler University and graduated with a BS in Telecommunication Arts (Media Arts) in 2003. While at Butler, Joseph was a member of the football and track teams and was recognized as a Jostens’s Scholar Athlete.

Joseph also earned a MS in Integrated Marketing Communication in 2006. Since then, he has been involved with numerous youth sports initiatives.

Sean “Pharaoh” Terry Co-Founder

Sean utilizes 5+ years experience in strategic program development, marketing, promotions, and event management within sports and the athletics industry to help guide the development of WARR interests.

Skilled at organizing and implementation, Sean’s strong suit includes using his proven leadership capacity to engender enthusiasm for newly introduced concepts and ideas.

Kyle Means Editorial Director

Kyle Means is a veteran sports journalist whose writing and reporting has been featured in publications throughout the Midwest since 2005. Means is Editorial Director of and an executive producer of weareregalradio programming, including “Gourmet Season” and “Runnin With WARR.”

Means has a bachelors in journalism from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and is a member of the National Association of Black Journalists’ Sports Task Force and the Associated Press Sports Editors’ Diversity Board. Follow Kyle on Twitter @Wrk_Wrt.

Sidney Brown Contributor to The D & Davis Show

Sidney is a veteran in the Chicago sports radio game, he’s worked for WAUR-AM from 2002 to 2004, Sporting News Radio from 2006 to 2007, and currently writes for and is an assistant producer of The D & Davis Show. Sid maintains expert knowledge on the Chicago Blackhawks, though he is a fan of all Chicago sports teams, except the Cubs!
