Bears: Matt Forte Unleashes Cool New Shirt For Charity

This past Sunday could have been seen as quite the wake-up call for the Chicago Bears and Bears fans.

Bad enough that the 17-15 loss to Denver put the team another week below .500 when it was just a field goal away, the team also saw its latest Superman of the backfield, Jeremy Langford, regress to Clark Kent with a measly 1.9 yards per carry (13 for 25 yards) against the stout Broncos defense.

Well, have no fear cause the Bears’ resident elusive all-pro running back, Matt Forte, is back on the scene as of this afternoon and he should be able to show off his skills in the Thanksgiving night showcase at Green Bay Thursday night.

Adding to Forte’s trending up in the past week is the release of his special shirt line with super-dope, sports-influenced apparel line Undrcrwn, they of “Jesus Was Black” and “Los Splash Hermanos” fame among many other great designs.

With the self-described “Brand for Champions,” Forte has put out “What’s Your Forte?” for this holiday season. Coming in a Bears-accented tee for adults and kids as well as a grey and black crewneck, the shirt features an image of an intense Forte under helmet with images and phrases alluding to his Louisiana past and current, “blessed” present around him.

It goes without saying that this is just the kind of fly gear Bears fans should get a hold of this Thanksgiving or Black Friday or beyond, not only because proceeds from the collection will be donated to students in the Chicago area with aims to obtain a higher education through Forte’s “What’s Your Forte?” Foundation but it’ll make a great collector’s item whether or not he continues on as a Bear past this off-season.
