White Sox, Cubs Return, Bulls Summer League, Special Guests on The D & Davis Show

The D & Davis Show returns this week with the guys previewing the second half of the season for both Chicago baseball teams. What can fans on both towns expect? Who will be buyers or sellers and what are the Cubs’ chances in pushing for one of the National League wild card spots.

The Chicago Bulls are in full Summer League mode with Doug McDermott and rookie Bobby Portis both excelling. D & Davis will give you their thoughts on what to expect from the franchise’s last two top picks in the upcoming season.

Also, today will be a packed show full of guests from all across the sports spectrum. At 11:40 am central, the guys will talk with Eric Drath, director of ESPN’S “1:1 Origins”  short series and 30 for 30 feature “1:1 Genesis.”

At 12:00 noon, Jobba Jordan, Ball Up competition director, will join the show to discuss the street basketball brand’s playoff tournament currently taking place in Chicago.

At 12:40, Kamau Murray, former tennis pro, trainer and founder of XS Tennis & Education Foundation will speak on his ongoing campaign to bringing tennis to as many people in the inner city of Chicago as possible.
