The NBA’s opening night Tuesday packed an awful lot of action in one night — the defending champion San Antonio Spurs won a tight one over Dallas, Anthony Davis continued his campaign to become the league’s next big thing and the Lakers…man, got to feel for those Lakers.
Tonight things extend with a near-full slate of 12 games, including the Chicago Bulls‘ opener in New York against the Knicks. Befitting the Bulls’ standing as an expected contender in the East, they’ll be seen three times on national TV this week, including Friday’s United Center opener against Cleveland.
